Months of Work Complete in 4-Day Exercise

The Challenge

A Global Combatant Command leveraged Onebrief as the main software partner to plan and conduct an annual exercise — a rehearsal of the region’s most critical prospective conflict. Onebrief’s collaboration tools simulated the impact of real-time information access, in coordination with our allies and partners across the world.

The features used throughout this exercise included:

Outcomes

In this exercise, the organization saw unprecedented outcomes with Onebrief, spanning time savings, digitizing information, interoperability, and organizational efficiency.

Time Savings & Efficiency:

Swapping out legacy tools with Onebrief, users now executed "months worth of work" in just 4 days.

Users typically experience 2x more productivity - at minimum.

Digitizing: Digitized information enabled users to have stronger clarity, simpler access, and reduce the manpower needed across workflows.

Interoperability: Users are inspired to do more to maximize their work with the tool. By using the API to export a Onebrief map into MSS, they had a seamless experience and saved “half a day's worth of work.”
